They store the heat and release it as you need allowing you to enjoy the comfort of a well-heated home at the off-peak price.Off-peak times are when demand for electricity is low and is usually set on an Economy 7 meter between 12pm – 7am each night.Your dual meter will record the amount of electricity you use during normal hours and off-peak hours and you are billed accordingly.
